Once you have decided to make a booking, we will email a Booking Form to you (detailing our full terms and conditions) and provisionally reserve the dates you have requested, subject to the prompt return of the booking forms and payment of the holding deposit.
The deposit is 25% of the total rental price OR €300 for villas/€250 for townhouses and apartments, whichever is the greater.
When the booking forms have been returned and the deposit is paid, we will confirm your holiday by sending your invoice/receipt.
The balance of payment plus a damage deposit is due 8 weeks prior to your date of arrival.
Upon payment of the final balance and refundable damage deposit all necessary information, directions and access arrangements will be sent to you.
