The townhouse has 2 bedrooms and a small windowless room with an extra bed, and sleeps a maximum of 4 adults (third bedroom only suitable for a child). It has wonderful views over the bay of Carvoeiro. In addition the large shared pool and lush gardens make Colina Branca a wonderful holiday location.
This individually owned townhouse is situated in a rural, tranquil position enjoying splendid sea and countryside views from the roof terrace and spacious balconies, and is only metres from the large communal swimming pool and lush landscaped gardens. The house has two twin bedrooms, plus a small third single bedroom without a window. The small third bedroom is not suitable for adults. Therefore the house sleeps a maximum of 4 adults, plus one child.

The large elegant living/dining room is furnished to a high standard, with patio doors to the fantastic terrace ideal for al-fresco dining or lounging in the glorious sunshine.
Bedroom one boasts the luxury of an en-suite shower room, and has it's very own private balcony. Bedroom 2 is ideally located adjacent to the family bathroom, and also has a balcony of it's own. The kitchen is well appointed and equipped with everything you need for a relaxing holiday.
Car hire is recommended, the townhouse has a car port for your use. For those not wishing to drive,we can arrange transfers from Faro airport to the accommodation.

Living Rooms - Large living room and dining area combined. Sofa seating and large dining table. UK TV channels. Log burner. Patio doors leading to sheltered South facing sun terrace with sea view, additional dining table and chairs, and sun loungers.
Kitchen - Fully appointed kitchen with cooker, hob, fridge, freezer, washing machine, microwave, and storage cupboards.
Bedrooms - One bedroom with two single beds, en-suite shower room and sliding patio doors to small balcony. Bedroom 2 with double bed and sliding patio doors to small balcony, situated next to the family bathroom. Bedroom 3 is a windowless bedroom with single bed. This room is suitable only for children.
The townhouse is not suitable for more than 4 adults.
Bathroom - En-suite shower room to bedroom 1, plus a family bathroom.
Other - An additional bed can be provided by prior arrangement. Store room ideal for games equipment and empty suitcases. Ironing board and iron.
Cleaning/towels/linen/maid service - Linen and bath towels are included in rental costs. We provide a maid service twice a week in summer and once a week in winter, this is included in the rental cost.

There is an information folder for guests use in each house. This contains a comprehensive guide to the area, restaurants, places of interest and emergency telephone numbers.
The townhouse has its own terraced patio areas. The roof terrace offers privacy and an excellent spot to sunbathe or simply watch the sun go down over the Atlantic. The living room terrace is sheltered and South facing, with a superb view over Carvoeiro and the ocean. Colina Branca has its own private landscaped gardens in addition to the communal swimming pool. The gardens and pool areas are all lit at night. Please note there is no swimming permitted after 8pm.
Vale do Milho 9 hole par 3 course is very close by. The Nick Price/David Leadbetter, Pestana Golf Resort (Vale do Pinta and Gramacho) is 10 minutes drive. The Henry Cotton Penina and Alto Club Championship Courses, Salgados Links, Palmares and the new Golf Do Morgardo courses are all within a 20 minutes drive.
Discounted green fees and special packages are available on many courses.
Carvoeiro is approx. 40 minutes easy drive along the coastal motorway from Faro Airport. Car hire is recommended in order to visit many interesting places. There are supermarkets, bars, restaurants and shops a few minutes walk away in the centre of Carvoeiro. The big supermarket, Intermaché, on the road to Lagoa is a few minutes’ drive.
The nearest big supermarket to Colina Branca is Intermarche – only 3 or 4 minutes’ drive away. This offers a large selection of fresh fruit and vegetables, meats and fish and just about everything else you will need to make your holiday easier. However, there is a small supermarket (and off-licence) just 3 or 4 minutes walk away in the centre of Carvoeiro for all emergency essentials and fresh bread and pastries. Cash point machines and banks are available in Carvoeiro.

As a small family business we look after a few townhouses in the area. We live locally, and know the area extremely well. We will provide you with detailed directions to the townhouse before your arrival. We can provide you with local information and organise taxi or/and a car hire. We look after our guests and make sure that everything is in order in the townhouse.
Baby equipment such as cot and high chair, are available on request for a small additional charge, please enquire.

JUNE 2021. Very clean. Lovely views from a great terrace out over Carvoeiro and the sea beyond. A few minutes walk up/down a very steep hill into town and restaurants and shops.

Had a great time accommodation was good. Very close to the town but the walk back was up a very steep hill. The pool was 115 steps away so only used it once. Overall a great holiday lovely house with beautiful views.

Fantastic location, beautiful sea views, lovely, clean house. The property is very well furnished with plenty of bedding and towels. There are plenty of fans but air conditioning would have been ideal. The guides and house manuals are really easy to follow and informative - local amenities, shops and bars are easily accessible and the local beaches are just gorgeous. The swimming pool is lovely but don't underestimate the 116 steps back to the property if you’re staying in the top row of townhouses, it may put you off going, which would be a shame. We had a lovely holiday, it was our first time in Portugal but won't be our last.
Very good accommodation in a pleasant tourist town which is not too big. Dont miss the lovely cliff walks (if you are fairly agile!)
