The location of this villa was perfect for us, a short walk to the quiet beach and about 15 minutes to the main part of the town. The villa is spacious and provides everything you could possibly need, the beds are comfortable and the size of the house allows everyone to have more than enough space. With air conditioning in every room, and all of the double rooms with its own balcony and access to its own bathroom, we were all able to enjoy our privacy when we wanted it. We had small children with us, so wanted pool safety and house security. We got both here, with a fenced off pool, steps into the water and locked entry gates controlled with security codes. It worked very well. The private terrace area is great, just off the kitchen and next to the pool, we enjoyed a family breakfast before heading of to do many of the acitivies and trips available locally. Loved the place and all plan to go back to stay again.

It's a very generous and well maintained House with a small garden with a sun terrace and swimming pool. The description of the object is exactly right. During our one-week stay, the towels were changed once in between.

The villa is ideally positioned, not too far from the city centre and not too far from the beach, for the quiet holiday under the sun of the Algarve.

Lovely villa suited our family perfectly. Suzie was very good at responding to any queries and getting things sorted out. Very clean and comfortable. Excellent that pool towels included saved on luggage especially when taking 9 month old grandson. Would happily stay here again if we return to the Algarve. Only downside hills are a pain to run up!!

Excellent. Villa large and comfortable. Lots of restaurants and bars within easy walking distance. Pool area lovely. Dishwasher would be good, as well as a mirror in upstairs double bedroom.

Lovely house everything you could possibly need for a relaxing holiday, quite private pool and garden. Laminated notes with instructions for everything so no need to bother anyone, can just get on and have a fab holiday, great taxi service if you don't want to drive, supermarket has everything you need, we had a fantastic family holiday thank you so much Suzie it was faultless. Definitely recommend using them.

Fantastic. Much more than I hoped for.. The house is lovely. Immaculately clean and has comfy beds, a well equipped kitchen and a nice pool that we all enjoyed. You are in walking distance to Silves but the walk back is fairly steep. However there are plenty of cheap taxis if you don't have a hire car our fancy more than one, at the lovely resturants in the town. two thumbs up. I hope too come back.

We had a fantastic holiday! The villa was lovely, clean, spacious, in a quiet area yet near enough to Silves to walk to each evening. Susie was so helpful and communication was excellent! Any query was answered quickly and the information folder provided was very thorough. It helped that the week we were there coincided with the Medieval Festival which provided wonderful family entertainment. We spent most of our days round the pool, the only minor issue is that access is down steps as its on the lower level to the living areas...perhaps laziness on our part??but something to be aware of if mobility is an issue or young children are part of your party. A car is necessary to get to supermarkets and the beach, which we were aware of before we booked so was not a problem, we enjoyed exploring the area, following recommendations from Susie. Thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would book with this company(and go back to this villa!) again.

The location is great, the town house is as detailed. Susie was really helpful sorting out an issue with the wifi. Would definitely go back when we return to Carvoeiro.

Very good accommodation in a pleasant tourist town which is not too big. Dont miss the lovely cliff walks (if you are fairly agile!)
