My partner and I stayed at this apartment first two weeks September. We always rent privately and this was the best so far. Beautifully furnished apartment, spacious and airy, the two balconies are amazing, very private with views to old town. Pool area lovely with swim up bar, no problems with sunbeds. Snack bar at pool very good and staff very friendly, we just loved this place. Lidl and Aldi are about a ten minute walk from the apartment, drop into Joseph's Bar on the way, lovely little portugese bar and restaurant, will really make you feel welcome. Quick walk down the stairs to old town square, not so quick coming back up!!! Lots going on , bars, restaurants and street performers.Favourite restaurant O'Mangar, amazing steaks. Booking process easy, good communication, Susie available if you have any problems. Would definately recommend this beautiful well kept apartment.

Great apartment with everything you need for your holiday stay. Clean and well equipped with a TV in both the Bedrom and main living room which has BBC1 and 2 and ITV channels. Great location for access to the town in the evening well away from the the noise but a hard walk back up the steps if you go to the beach in the day. Good view down to the sea (apart form the pylon) and nice pool with nearly enough sun beds. Good information and attention from the agents - Carvoeiro Villa Holidays. I would certainly recommend both them and this particular apartment for anyone looking for a holiday in the Algarve.

Apartment was clean and well equipped. It has two balconies, one which gets the sun from mid morning and the other from afternoon to sunset. The pools are well maintained although being peak season we found the towels on sunbeds from early morning. Sunbeds started to clear from 4.30pm so we tended to go down then when it wasn't so hot. The complex is about a 10 minute downhill walk (which includes 100 long shallow steps) to the main square in the old town, where we loved to eat and walk around in the evening. Obviously there are the steps to climb on the way back, or get a taxi from the rank a short level walk from the square. The Strip is a good 20 minute walk or around 5 Euro in a taxi, although we preferred to spend our time in the old town. Lidl supermarket is about a 10-15 minute walk from the apartment and you can get a taxi back if you don't want to carry your shopping. Susie and Sam from (Carvoeiro Villa Management) the apartment agents met us at the apartment to give us advice on the locality and were available should we have had any problems. Our Damage Bond was promptly returned to my bank account after we arrived home. We would not hesitate to return to this area and this apartment.

The Cerro mar Colina apartment was in a very central Albufeira location, with relatively easy access to the old town which had many tourist shops and restaurants. Note that there is a VERY steep hill and MANY stairs to walk to the beach or old town, so its a good location for those looking to improve their fitness routine. The apartment was very clean and spacious, with beautiful breezes throughout. A hair dryer, coffee maker, a few more dishes and included wi-fi would have been nice. Pools were well kept and managed. The adjoining hotel's staff were very helpful with local and transportation information.

Lugar lindo, localização ideal, muito perto de duas praias encantadoras a uma curta distância a pé. Ótimas oportunidades para caminhadas. Complexo muito tranquilo. Piscinas excelentes. Agradecemos à Gillian e à Clara, que tornaram a nossa estadia muito relaxante. O interior do apartamento era soberbo e impecavelmente limpo, com vistas maravilhosas. Apenas dois pequenos pontos negativos: a varanda foi decepcionante, não era grande o suficiente e não havia supermercado a uma curta distância, pois era self-catering, pelo que é necessário alugar um carro. No entanto, tivemos uma semana adorável, o restaurante Lux foi adorável, a comida deliciosa e o pessoal simpático, e teríamos todo o prazer em voltar novamente.

We really enjoyed our week in this apartment. Super complete, luxurious and very tastefully decorated and modern. The view from the balcony and bedroom is really fantastic. Delicious morning with a breakfast on the balcony! It was very quiet, the whole complex is very nicely landscaped and is kept very neat. With 2 people fine, there is also a mega large sofa that can serve as a sofa bed, so also suitable for 3 people. Caneiros beach (really beautiful) is 10 minutes walk and there are many restaurants in the vicinity. Advice, rent a car. Conclusion: An absolute must! We are sure planning to come back again.

This is a really nice apartment finished to a very high standard and very well equipped. It has good internet and satellite tv. The only downside is the size of the balcony. Whilst you can sit on it you can not put a sunbed on it so it lacks true outside space. Having said that it affords stunning views and a beautiful sunset most nights. That is the only negative really, the pool area is good and the resort very quiet. Whilst you can walk to beaches a car is essential as Ferragudo is a good 40 mins walk much of it uphill! Lovely holiday, we met the owners and they were really helpful and friendly as were the resort staff, in particular Carla.

We had been to the same apartments last year and wasn't disappointed by this visit. The apartment was clean and ready although we arrived early. The transfer to the apartment was really quick and efficient and organised by Susie the owner. The location is great with an easy walk to the beach ( its all uphill going back but part of the fun) and a brilliant supermarket close by. There are lots of places to eat in walking distance and the bus stop to the water parks is only yards away. The marina is an easy walk for boat trips and the beach itself is fantastic. We got take away bagettes from the Tunnel restaurant for lunch and swam out to the massive inflatable play area twice, which was only 6 euro for an hour and my 7 year old loved it. The apartment comes with everything you need. We borrowed the bucket and spade and beach umbrellas and left a volley ball for others to play with. We even got a change of towels that we weren't expecting. We would definitely go again.
