Fantastic location, beautiful sea views, lovely, clean house. The property is very well furnished with plenty of bedding and towels. There are plenty of fans but air conditioning would have been ideal. The guides and house manuals are really easy to follow and informative - local amenities, shops and bars are easily accessible and the local beaches are just gorgeous. The swimming pool is lovely but don't underestimate the 116 steps back to the property if you’re staying in the top row of townhouses, it may put you off going, which would be a shame. We had a lovely holiday, it was our first time in Portugal but won't be our last.

Great accommodation on 3 levels, cool bedrooms even in high temperatures, nice balconies for alfresco dining including a roof terrace. Easy access to a stunning part of the Algarve coastline, including beautiful beaches, caves and coves, and walks between them.

Lovely little house with amazing view over Carvoeiro, fully equipped with everything you need incl. beach towels and sun umbrellas. There are two terraces from which you can see the ocean. Comfortable beds even for tall people. Communication with host was easy and she responded very fast. We really enjoyed our stay here :)

Comfortable house with stunning view and perfect location.
We stayed in Calina Branca townhouse No. 23 which we found extremely comfortable and well located. It stands on one of the hills of the beautiful Carvoeiro valley and boasts a stunning view over the village and the sea, while at only 5 mins walk from the main street (plenty of shops and restaurants) and a 7-10 minutes walk from the beach. The parking slot right at the entrance is very practical: with a car, big supermarkets are only a 5 minute drive and there are several beach options within a 15 minutes radius.
The townhouse is fully equipped and was immaculately clean when we arrived (check-in/out is easy and contactless). The terrace is superb and we strongly recommend enjoying meals with the seaview and together with the singing of seagulls and swallows. While the architecture of the townhouse provides most of the cooling, having AC in all rooms is a real treat.
Despite being a very relaxed place, Carvoeiro offers several sea-related activities, of which visiting the caves by boat is a must.
It was reassuring to see that life in Algarve resumed under the current sanitary restrictions. We felt safe and relaxed as all businesses and other tourists are following the rules and taking all the necessary precautions.
We had a fantastic experience and fully recommend this place - many thanks to the hosts and to Susie who kindly arranged a baby cot for our little girl.

Wonderful villa for a family holiday. Great facilities, amazing views, great space. Susie, we really enjoyed our holiday at the villa and appreciated all you arranged for us. The space for us all was amazing, the kitchen great for everyone, bedrooms and bathrooms worked well for all. Thank you.

Fantastic villa with many rooms and large pool. We rented the house for 10 days, first we were all the family there, then our children with families went home and other friends arrived. The maids came and cleaned and changed all the beds, this was all included in the rent. We also got great tips and help to find good catering companies in Carvoeiro, as well as great tips on excursions and restaurants. We also were allowed to stay 6 hours longer on the check-out day. Clearly all very good!

This property is simply stunning in every way. As a family with teenage/adult children, it had everything we could wish for. Spotlessly clean (and thoroughly cleaned mid week of a one week stay). Great communication with the agent. 20-25 minute walk to centre of Carvoeiro (uphill coming home) but that didn’t bother us. And there are some restaurants within walking distance. Supermarket also close by. All in all a perfect stay.
