We returned several weeks ago from Portugal, we had an excellent stay. I send this email to thank you for your work so that our holidays went well. The House was beautiful and we have been very pleased with our stay. Carvoeiro is a very pretty village.

Really superb! the villa is fantastic. Everything was perfect. the booking, the Organization for the arrival... And the House is a small paradise. Congrats Susie. This villa is a privileged place for a pleasant stay. The isolated, but close to all amenities, location allows a welcome peacefulness for a stay in the Algarve. Comfort inside and outside is without comment. What to say when everything is perfect? Everything was provided for our arrival, the pool maintenance and even the cleaning lady! The rooms, in number, the bathrooms for each room (or almost), cooking well designed the dining living room (unused due to the weather) spacious... and the pool terrace overlooking the sea, where we stayed for the whole week. indescribable. Carvoeiro is really a very pleasant village and the month of may enables beautiful days without the disadvantages of the midsummer. an address to do not miss it. We will return!

We wanted an out of season private villa with a pool and found Casa Alexandra.45 min drive from the airport with easy to find directions. Villa is off the beaten track down an unmade road. First impressions from the outside are that it is a little tired. But once we went inside, we were very happy. 4 great sized bedrooms, huge lounge and dining room, spacious and VERY well equipped kitchen. Free WIFI (I was told you had to pay before I went). Plenty of outside space. Immaculately clean. There was just two of us, so we picked our room and shut the rest off. Pool is great and was cleaned by a chap on day 3. Cleaner also came by on day 3. Overall. A great villa with good amenities. Car recommended. Closest shop and restaurant in walking distance though.

Had a superb holiday with self, wife, 2 children and 1 granddaughter at this lovely spacious villa in june for our family. Weather fabulous. Lovely pool which we used daily and useful BBQ. In fact we had all our meals outside on the shaded terrace. Perfect! We will be going back. Well equipped villa and handy for the local minimarket, although we drove mostly to the Intermarche, 10 minutes away. We all love peace and quiet and this location hit the spot 100%. Lovely beach nearby with easy parking. Regular villa cleaning done thoroughly, and also the pool, which was just as it should be and great temperature as the ambient was 27-32 degrees during our visit, so a cool dip was very welcome. Roll on next year, if I can wait that long ! Many thanks to Susie who came to make sure everything was OK. Thanks for the directions without which we would still be driving about!

We arrived in Faro very late on the Monday night, Susie (the agent) provided a mobile number to contact just in case, but the great instructions she provided meant that we arrived with the minimal of fuss. The location was great, not too near the neighbours, yet close enough to get to the local town and stunning nearby beaches. The villa was just as described on the website, well equipped and very comfortable. We used the lovely deep pool every day- as we went in Spring it was a little chilly, but that didn't stop the children enjoying it. The maid, Magdalena came to clean twice in a week and she was lovely. All in all brilliant relaxing week in a beautuful location, we would definitely go back.

FIVE STARS! 6 friends (2 couples & 2 singles) needed a quiet getaway for a week and this was perfect. Everything was as described on the website, except the big Palm tree has gone! We found it on Google-Earth and realised that there were few near neighbours yet we would be near the coast...perfect for us. We didn't find any beaches within walking distance but it was so hot that we would have used the car with Air-con anyway. Parking anywhere was never a problem and the 'Intermarche' Supermarket was also a short-drive away. We don't really like towns or noisy bars, so we spent most of the time going to lovely beaches, cooking on the BBQ at the villa and playing silly games in the pool. We ate every meal outside. We could not fault the accommodation except might feel you needed aircon to sleep better in the heat - but then this villa is a lot cheaper than others with more facilities.

Lovely and very big house in nice and quiet neighborhood. Due to the time of year it gets cold indoor at night but we got along by use of the fireplace. The kitchen has everything you need for cooking as well as dishwasher, washing machine, microwave etc. Unfortunately we could not use the lovely pool due to the temperature. All in all a great stay at a very reasonable price.

We have just returned from a weeks bliss with our 4 year old daughter. Everything was perfect!! The Villa is stunning and had everything we could have possibly needed and a whole lot more. Everything seemed new and it was totally spotless. Peter and Linda the owners were fantastic, nothing was too much trouble and they spend so much time looking after the villa and "beautiful" gardens. I could write an essay on how we got up in the morning, cooked a lovely breakfast in the fully stocked kitchen, spent the day around the pool while our daughter played happily for hours, spent our evenings playing pool and netball in the play area and finally sat outside with a glass of wine and took in the stunning view! The only downfall was ....... having to leave! Booked again for next year before we left to soften the blow! Thank you, Thank you, Thank you!
