Fantastic location, lovely home. A five minute walk into town, down a series of steps or a hill (which we had to take with 2 buggies- good exercise). House had everything we needed, very comfortable. Multiple terraces were brilliant. Very clean and well maintained thank you. Pool was brilliant and always able to get beds no matter what time of day. Again poolside well maintained and clean. We were warned the third bedroom was small and had no window for our children but it was great and stayed lovely and cool. Washing machine could perhaps do with updating in near future. A brilliant stay- thank you.

Amazing villa, had everything we needed and more. Loved the location and how quiet it was. The pool was just what was needed in the hot weather and the bbq was lovely on the warm evenings. Location was superb and quiet, but close enough we could get a taxi to the city.

Comfortable, well-maintained, nice location.Stayed here as a family, two adults and two girls in early/mid teens. Lovely, quiet location, though less than ten minutes' easy drive to Silves where there are supermarkets, markets, restaurants and shops. The villa is comfortable, the pool is great and the neighbours friendly and helpful, if you need help. Susie is also on hand, if needed. When we return to the Algarve, we will certainly see if we can stay here again.

DE: Wir haben zu dritt (2 Erwachsene und ein Kleinkind) in diesem schönen Haus einen perfekten Urlaub verbracht! Das Haus und der Garten und auch der Pool sind unglaublich sauber und gepflegt, es ist alles da, was man braucht. Wir haben noch nie in einem Ferienhaus eine so toll ausgestattete Küche gehabt, für den Hobbykoch bleiben hier tatsächlich keine Wünsche offen - von der elektrischen Zitruspresse über Geschirr, Töpfe und Zubehör ist alles vorhanden und vor allem - sauber! Auch die beiden Bäder sind wirklich groß, die Handtücher und das Bettzeug riechen gut und man fühlt sich sehr wohl hier. Das Haus war für uns drei sehr groß, was super war... für 6 Erwachsene wäre es trot der 6 Betten vielleicht ein wenig eng (aber machbar). Fünf Autominuten entfernt ist das nette Städtchen Silves, hier gibt es eine kleine Markthalle und mehrere Supermärkte, so dass man schnell alles besorgen kann, was man braucht. Die sensationelle Bucht Praia de Marinha ist etwa 20 Autominuten entfernt und war zu unserer Reisezeit (Anfang Oktober) absolut nicht überlaufen und sehr angenehm. Auch die Betreuung durch die sehr engagierte und unheimlich freundliche Susie war perfekt, Fragen per email wurden innerhalb kürzester Zeit hilfreich beantwortet, vielen Dank dafür liebe Susie! Wir würden definitiv gerne wiederkommen!

EN: We have three (2 adults and a toddler) a perfect vacation spent in this lovely home! The House and the garden and the pool are incredibly clean and well-maintained, it's all there, what you need. We have never had a great kitchen in a cottage, for the amateur Cook actually no wishes remain – by the electric juicer, kitchenware, pots and accessories available and most importantly - everything is clean! The two bathrooms are also really big, the towels and the sheets smell good and feels very comfortable here. The House was great for us three, what was great... for 6 adults would trot of the 6 beds it maybe a little tight (but doable). The Nice town of Silves is five minutes by car, there's a small market hall and several supermarkets, so you quickly can get you everything, what you need. The spectacular Bay of Praia de Marinha is located approximately 20 minutes away and was at our travel time (beginning of October) absolutely not crowded and very pleasant. Also the support by the very dedicated and incredibly friendly Susie was perfect, questions by email were answered helpful within a very short time, thank you for this love Susie! We would definitely like to come back!

We had such a great time spending summer vacation here. The villa is absolutely perfect, it has all you wish for and more. Well equipped, clean and modern. Very happy about the location of it as well. It has such a nice view and I like the fact that we did not have to be a part of "tourist mania" as this neighborhood consists of locals only. The closest city is also a calm and quiet place with several sights worth checking out. We did try out some of Susie`s recommendations and I`m glad we did! We found great restaurants, views and attractions there. Overall we experienced great service and communication and I will highly recommend this place to others. Hope to go back again someday!

Luxury villa with private pool, air conditioning, stunning view and free wi-fi. My wife and I have stayed at this villa on three occasions and next year (2017) will make it 4 times !! Over the years, we have also rented a number of other properties and this villa (together with one in Scottsdale) are our joint favourites. We wanted somewhere away from the crowds where we could just relax (as close to a 'home from home' environment as possible) and do nothing but relax, sit by the pool, eat, drink and sleep !! There are lots of things to occupy the more energetic, but for us this is our 'tranquility holiday'. It's in a very quiet location (but not remote), has a great pool with a great view, is very close (by car) to the shops, supermarkets and restaurants in Silves and not far from the coast. Susie (the owner) is very quick in responding to texts and dealing with any 'issues'. We have only ever had one problem - when the water supply just stopped - but as Susie reassured us, this was a water main problem in a nearby lane and would soon be resolved. Mobile reception (for those renters who find this important) is excellent as is the wifi signal. The air-con system is very effective and whilst there are many places to visit in the area, as we've ticked those boxes on previous bookings, we spend most of our time at the villa. It is a very spacious villa for 2 people but still cosy and if you are looking for a 'pool holiday' - this is place to rent !

We all had a great time, the villa was wonderful, our son was practically never out of the pool! It was the perfect base, we travelled to Sagres and Cabo De Sao Vicente on one trip then to Monchique and Foia another, not to mention all the beach trips! We will definately recommend villa to others. Thanks very much for all your assistance, it has been a seamless and stress free booking and holiday.
