Accommodation
This typical Algarvian style villa offers a piece of home from home. The large airy lounge is comfortably furnished with comfy sofas and chairs, flat screen TV, attractive open fireplace, and has patio doors opening onto the large covered terrace, with alfresco dining area overlooking the garden.
There is a spacious dining area adjoining the lounge, with table and chairs and patio doors to the garden.
There are 4 large bedrooms, the Master bedroom on the first floor benefits from an en-suite bathroom. There is an additional ensuite bedroom on the ground floor, with the remaining 2 bedrooms on the ground floor sharing a large family bathroom.
The spacious kitchen is well equipped with oven, hob, and fridge/freezer.
The house is self catering. Toilet paper will be left for the first day, and a bin bag too. You will need to bring or purchase more.
Also, please note that charcoal for the Barbecue is not provided, but you can buy in all local supermarkets.
Car hire, which we can arrange if required, is recommended but not essential. Alternatively we can arrange transfers for you and your party from Faro Airport direct to the accommodation. Price available upon request.

Booking notes
A 25% or £400 / 450€ (whichever is greater) deposit is required at time of booking.
The final balance plus a returnable breakage deposit of £400 / 450€ is payable 8 weeks prior to arrival.

Bathroom - 3 Bathrooms. An en-suite bathroom to Master Bedroom on first floor, ensuite bathroom to the second bedroom on the ground floor, and a large family bathroom.
Cleaning/towels/linen/maid service - All bed linen and bath towels are provided and will be changed on a regular basis. Maid service is included.
The villa has a large pool terrace with sun loungers, providing the perfect sunbathing area. For those who prefer the shade there is a large covered terrace area with table and chairs, ideal for al-fresco dining during the heat of the day. Lush lawned gardens surround the property, and the roof terrace has a superb view of the ocean.
There are some wonderful beaches close by. Praia de Carvalho is a 10 minute walk via a quiet dirt track, and Praia de Vale Centianes is a 15 minute walk. In addition, within a 5 minutes drive are the stunning Praia da Marinha, and beaches at Benagil, Carvoeiro and Albandeira. The coastline is spectacular with great views and great cliff walks.
Vale do Milho 9 hole par 3 course is very close by. The Nick Price/David Leadbetter, Pestana Golf Resort (Vale do Pinta and Gramacho) is 10 minutes drive. The Henry Cotton Penina and Alto Club Championship Courses, Salgados Links, Palmares and the new Golf Do Morgado courses are all within a 20 minutes drive. Discounted green fees and special packages are available on many courses.
The house is ideally situated : short walking distance from beaches, mini-market, café and restaurants of Rocha Brava, and 5-10 min drive from the big supermarkets (Intermarché, Apolonia, Jumbo, Pingo Doce).
The house is approx. 40 minutes easy drive along the coastal motorway from Faro Airport. Car hire is recommended in order to visit many interesting places.
Approximately 3 kms from this property is the bustling town of Carvoeiro (once an old fishing village) with a fabulous selection of restaurants and bars, and a choice of beautiful beaches and fabulous clifftop walks. There are many banks and cash withdrawal machines, and three golf courses are within 5 minutes drive.
We also suggest a visit to Monchique mountain or the reservoir for stunning scenery and restaurants, where you can eat a 3 course meal with wine and coffee for under €10!
Two big water parks (Slide and Splash and Aqualand) are within 10 minutes drive, and Zoo Marine for the whole family within 20 minutes drive. The Algarve Shopping Centre also 20 minutes drive with its great High Street shops and restaurants as well.

We can provide you with local information and organise taxi or/and a car hire. We look after our guests and make sure that everything is in order in the villa.
