FR: Luxe appartement. Van alle gemakken voorzien. Vaatwasser, wasmachine, alles is aanwezig. Voldoende handdoeken en andere benodigdheden. Transfer van en naar vluchthaven was ook via Susan allemaal prima voor elkaar en geregeld. Handig om te weten: Het complex ligt hoog. Er gaat een trap naar beneden (98 treden) en dan ben je midden in het centrum van Albufeira (old Town), maar het is wel even een klimmetje, goed voor de conditie.

EN: Luxury apartment. Fully equipped. Dishwasher, washing machine, everything is there. Plenty of towels and other amenities. Transfer from and to airport was also via Susan all fine for each other and settled. Good to know: the complex is high. There is a staircase down (98 steps) and then you are right in the Centre of Albufeira (old Town), but it's a climb, good for the health.

Beautiful apartment, well located and well equipped and good communication with the host.

This is a beautiful clean apartment with everything you need, very spacious lovely big balconies. Only minutes from old town, beach and marina. Also ALDI and LIDL only 5-10 min walk away.pool area lovely and always sun beds available. We had 3 and half year old with us and felt very secure as you needed keys to get in and out of complex, he was only 1 in pool most of the time which was great!! We will definitely be back next year and would highly recommend.

We stayed for two months and enjoyed every day of it. The one-bedroom condo, even though located on the 2nd level....no stairs ....was lovely, modern, bright, fresh and clean (maid service once a week). There are 2 pull-out leather couches....one queen and one double. It has 2 balconies, one with a table & 4 chairs, the other larger one had 2 lounge chairs and a small charcoal bbq. The spacious kitchen has an oven and glass top stove, and a washing machine? The condo came with wifi and the tv in the spacious living room was great as it has lots of stations with movies and sports....the bedroom tv had limited stations but had a dvd. There are also 2 heater/air conditioning units. Albufeira is a hilly place.....must be able to walk hills or steps.....but it has a beautiful large sandy beach and lots of quaint cafes/restaurants and with lots of things to see and do. We especially enjoyed the tours that are offered around the Algarve region and also into Spain, Morocco & Gibraltar. The property manager, Susie, was very accommodating and spoke fluent English and Portugese....and I believe other languages. We were there in March & April 2016 and the weather was great...not too hot nor too cold, and very little rain.....I would definitely recommend this area and this particular vacation rental.

HIGHLY RECOMMEND This is a super spacious apartment.2 balconys over looking old town,everything you need in apartment washing machine etc.air con and free wifi which is very good,also any movie you could think of on the tv,sky sports etc.only 5 min from old town down a number of steps and Aldi and lidle only 5 mins in the other direction.pool area really nice with pool bar.i would highly recommend this apartment to anybody thinking of staying near old town.

This apartment is spacious and located in a good area. Would highly recommend staying here. My boyfriend and I stayed for a week and loved it. Great pool with a swim-up bar, 5-10 minute walk away from big supermarkets such as lidl and aldi. It was also a short walk into the old town square. The host was extremely good at responding. 5*

The apartment was very clean and had all the amenities required for a great holiday. Very spacious enough room for a family. Cerro Mar Colina is very safe and the pool area is great. Only negative for the apartment were the beds they were quite hard so that could definitely be improved.

We arrived late/early AM at the apartment so we agreed with the host that we would pay for a taxi from the airport to be given the keys by the driver. The apartment is very spacious and has modern furniture with 2 balconies which both receive the sun. The smaller one in the morning and the larger one afternoon & evening. This is essentially why we booked this apartment for the sunny balcony. The living room benefited from a large TV with a quality sound system and uk stations. A internet streaming box was provided but unfortunately we couldn’t get it to work on this occasion. However there were enough uk stations to watch such as ITV. The beds were very firm and hard. (2 single beds) This did cause some backache for me and my partner in the mornings. We enjoyed our stay at this apartment directly up from the old town which was just over 5 minutes walk (Downhill) 15 minutes (Uphill) The only issue we really had was the steep hill which followed the road all the way down to the steps linking the old town square. We tried other routes but all led to some form of hill. Even going down put pressure on the knees. Coming up required a couple of stops to catch the breath. A bench met you at the top of the steps thankfully. It was tough going!! Anyone with health concerns should require a taxi. The complex provided a rooftop bbq ( top of other building opposite) one evening for €15 which was good value. This included a buffet style presentation and live music. Drinks included wine & juice. The 3 complex buildings also provided a very good selection of pools and snack bars which we used. Overall it’s a very nice place to stay. The beaches are also lovely. (€15 for 2 sun beds with canopy to hire).

Really nice app with excellent balconies for sunbathing. We had a great stay at app 315 and would recommend staying there. Only issue was broken blinds but owner had them measured when we were there so should be replaced soon. I personally would go with curtains. Felt safe in this complex and easy access to old town apart from steep stairs but keeps you fit. We will definitely be back.

Lovely apartment in excellent location. We recently returned from a fabulous stay at the apartment. The apartment was spacious and had everything we needed during our stay. They apartment is a short walk from the old town square although the 100 steps can be a nightmare with a pram. This hasn’t put us off though and we we certainly book again when we next visit Portugal.
