Hi Susie, we're back in sunny Bournemouth and would like to thank you for your part in hiring us the villa. We both loved it, and intend to come back again, and of course we will contact you when we do.

FIVE STARS! 6 friends (2 couples & 2 singles) needed a quiet getaway for a week and this was perfect. Everything was as described on the website, except the big Palm tree has gone! We found it on Google-Earth and realised that there were few near neighbours yet we would be near the coast...perfect for us. We didn't find any beaches within walking distance but it was so hot that we would have used the car with Air-con anyway. Parking anywhere was never a problem and the 'Intermarche' Supermarket was also a short-drive away. We don't really like towns or noisy bars, so we spent most of the time going to lovely beaches, cooking on the BBQ at the villa and playing silly games in the pool. We ate every meal outside. We could not fault the accommodation except might feel you needed aircon to sleep better in the heat - but then this villa is a lot cheaper than others with more facilities.

Lovely and very big house in nice and quiet neighborhood. Due to the time of year it gets cold indoor at night but we got along by use of the fireplace. The kitchen has everything you need for cooking as well as dishwasher, washing machine, microwave etc. Unfortunately we could not use the lovely pool due to the temperature. All in all a great stay at a very reasonable price.

We have just returned from a weeks bliss with our 4 year old daughter. Everything was perfect!! The Villa is stunning and had everything we could have possibly needed and a whole lot more. Everything seemed new and it was totally spotless. Peter and Linda the owners were fantastic, nothing was too much trouble and they spend so much time looking after the villa and "beautiful" gardens. I could write an essay on how we got up in the morning, cooked a lovely breakfast in the fully stocked kitchen, spent the day around the pool while our daughter played happily for hours, spent our evenings playing pool and netball in the play area and finally sat outside with a glass of wine and took in the stunning view! The only downfall was ....... having to leave! Booked again for next year before we left to soften the blow! Thank you, Thank you, Thank you!

The villa was as advertised well and even better than the pictures showed, with a nice communal pool. Beautiful rooftop terrace with ocean views. Very fast and helpful communication with the host. We really enjoyed our stay here (Family of 5). A (rental) car is recommended though.

Very clean, beautiful and comfortable house. We enjoy it a lot. Great area and friendly neighbourhood. Perfect for family, but also group of friends (as we). Not far away from paradise beaches.

FR: Un magnifique lieu. La maison est très bien conçue pour profiter du jardin, l'environnement est très agréable dans se lotissement résidentiel . Un joli coin de calme et de verdure pour de très bonne vacances. On peu aller à la plage en marchant 15mn.

EN: A beautiful place. The House is very well designed to take advantage of the garden, the environment is in a very nice residential location. A nice corner of calm and greenery, it makes for a very good holiday. You can walk to the beach in just 15 minutes.

EN: Super villa from the front to back: This holiday villa with 4 bedrooms. 2 bedrooms are located in the lower ground floor, which results in a spatial division which is sometimes helpful in families and they are at ground level with sliding doors to outside. Total space, a beautiful little garden, a great Whirlpool (book separately for a fee) and a fantastic barbecue with warmer BBQ grill. There are two terraces each with a table (one of them in the shade). The communal pool is large and it's actually never very crowded, you get always a lounger (at least early September). Close to everything, it is what you need, a small market of the neighbouring community, great restaurants, some nice beaches (which can sometimes be full) and Carvoeiro is also very close, if you want to have more hustle and bustle. There is so much to do and the House is perfect. We can recommend it, the care by Susie of the management was also super. Thumbs up! We will come back.

DE: Von vorne bis hinten super: dieses Ferienhaeuschen mit 4 Zimmern. 2 Zimmer befinden sich zwar im Untergeschoss/Keller, aber dadurch ergibt sich auch eine raeumliche Teilung die manchmal bei Familien hilfreich ist und nach hinten ist das Untergeschoss ebenerdig und man hat eine Schiebetuer nach draussen. Insgesamt viel Platz, ein schoener kleiner Garten, ein toller Whirlpool (Nutzung gegen Gebuehr zubuchbar) und eine fantastische Grillecke, mit gasbetriebenem BBQ Grill. Dazu gibt es zwei Terrassen mit jeweils einem Tisch (einer davon im Schatten). Der Gemeinschafts-Pool ist gross und es ist eigentlich nie besonders voll, man bekommt immer eine Liege (zumindest anfang September). Ganz in der Naehe ist alles was man braucht, ein kleiner Markt der Nachbar-Community, tolle Restaurants, einige schoene Straende (an denen es allerdings auch mal voller werden kann...) und Carvoeiro ist auch sehr nah, falls man mal etwas mehr Trubel haben moechte. Es gibt so viel zu tun und zu unternehmen und dafuer liegt das Haus perfekt. Wir koennen es nur waermstens empfehlen, die Betreuung durch Susie vom Management war ebenfalls super. Daumen hoch!!! Wir kommen wieder.

Susan has been fantastic throughout the booking and throughout our stay! The accommodation was amazing, we thought it was too good to be true but it really was as good as it looks on the pictures, if not better! It was a home from home, pool was a 2 minute walk away, gas BBQ was out of gas when we arrived but even though it was a bank holiday weekend, a new gas bottle was installed within 24hrs! We were able to watch Netflix through our own firestick, which was perfect for the kids! The Hot tub was lovely to sit in, in the evening looking at the stars with a glass of g&t! Local restaurants are all amazing, especially when ordering the fish. We had the local speciality catalpana from rocha mar on the corner (3 mins walk from accommodation) on the last night and it was out of this world.

Susie made booking easy and convenient. The villa offered everything (and more) that we wanted! Susie was very helpful, organizing a wine tasting for us. Unfortunately we did not meet her but we met her Portuguese assistant. We think that this is because we went out of season. The location was fantastic and quiet. Beaches nearby.
