Accommodation
This beautifully maintained house offers a piece of Algarvean luxury. The large airy open plan living area is comfortably furnished with 2 sofas and 2 armchairs, TV and DVD player, attractive open fireplace, and has triple aspect bi-fold doors opening onto a terrace and large private swimming pool area. There is a fabulous Sonos music system, for music inside and outside.

The dining area with seating for 8 people enjoys beautiful views across the Algarve.
The modern open plan kitchen is fully fitted and well equipped with oven, hob, a large fridge/freezer, microwave, dishwasher, toaster, blender and coffee machine - everything you need! There is a breakfast bar with stools for 3 people.
The villa has a separate utility room with washing machine and sink.
There are 4 bedrooms, 2 on the ground floor and 2 on the first. Three of the bedrooms have double beds and the other has two single beds
The Master bedroom benefits from an en-suite shower room, and there is a further shower room, plus family bathroom to serve the remaining bedrooms.
The house is self catering. Toilet paper will be left for the first day, and a bin bag too. You will need to bring or purchase more.
Also, please note that charcoal for the Barbecue is not provided, but you can buy in all local supermarkets.
Car hire, which we can arrange if required, is recommended but not essential. Alternatively we can arrange transfers for you and your party from Faro Airport direct to the accommodation. Price available upon request.

For those who prefer more shade there is a large bamboo pergola area with comfy sofas and table & chairs.
There is also a fabulous poolside BBQ area ideal for al-fresco dining at any time of the day. The villa also benefits from an outdoor pool table and table tennis table which is guaranteed to keep the whole family amused. For golfers among you thers even a Practice Golf hole to the side of the villa!In addition to the large pool and BBQ area there is an upstairs terrace with comfy lounging furniture which has a superb view of the surrounding area, the perfect place to enjoy a cool glass of your chosen sun-downer!
There are some wonderful beaches close by. Praia de Carvoeiro is a 5 minute drive away. In addition, within a 10 minutes drive are the stunning Praia da Marinha, and beaches at Benagil and Albandeira. The coastline is spectacular with great views and great cliff walks.
Vale do Pinta and Gramacho courses are close by. The Vale do Milho 9 hole par 3 course is 10 minutes drive. The Henry Cotton Penina and Alto Club Championship Courses, Salgados Links, Palmares and the new Golf Do Morgado courses are all within a 20 minutes drive. Discounted green fees and special packages are available on many courses.
Guests using this villa is entitled to a 30% discount on green fees at any of the Pestana golf courses in the Algarve, as well as access to the nearby tennis court.
The house is well situated in a tranquil position just 1.6km from Carvoeiro, so easily walkable or just a short driving distance from beaches, supermarket, cafés and restaurants.
The house is approx. 40 minutes easy drive along the coastal motorway from Faro Airport.
Car hire is recommended in order to visit many interesting places.
Approximately 3 kms from this property is the bustling town of Carvoeiro (once an old fishing village) with a fabulous selection of restaurants and bars, and a choice of beautiful beaches and fabulous clifftop walks. There are many banks and cash withdrawal machines, and three golf courses are within 5 minutes drive.
We also suggest a visit to Monchique mountain or the reservoir for stunning scenery and restaurants, where you can eat a 3 course meal with wine and coffee for under €10!
Two big water parks (Slide and Splash and Aqualand) are within 10 minutes drive, and Zoo Marine for the whole family within 20 minutes drive. The Algarve Shopping Centre also 20 minutes drive with its great High Street shops and restaurants as well.

This property is simply stunning in every way. As a family with teenage/adult children, it had everything we could wish for. Spotlessly clean (and thoroughly cleaned mid week of a one week stay). Great communication with the agent. 20-25 minute walk to centre of Carvoeiro (uphill coming home) but that didn’t bother us. And there are some restaurants within walking distance. Supermarket also close by. All in all a perfect stay.
